May through October:
1-Bedroom Efficiency: Weekly - $400 per week; Monthly - $1200 per month
3-Bedroom: Weekly - $950 per week; Monthly - $2850 per month
4-Bedroom: Weekly - $1300 per week; Monthly - $3900 per month
November through April:
1-Bedroom Efficiency: Weekly - $500 per week; Monthly - $1500 per month
3-Bedroom: Weekly - $1200 per week; Monthly - $3600 per month
4-Bedroom: Weekly - $1500 per week; Monthly - $4500 per month
- Rates are for Saturday or Sunday arrivals. For midweek arrivals add 15% premium to the rates indicated above
- Premiums may apply for holiday weeks, i.e., Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve
- Inquire about annual rental rates (fully furnished)
- Security deposit required for short-term rentals (refundable): $250 for 1-Bedroom; $500 for 3-Bedroom;
$750 for 4-Bedroom
- Cleaning/Departure Fees: $70 for 1-Bedroom; $90 for 3-Bedroom; $160 for 4-Bedroom
- Rates include all utilities, cable tv, local phone service, trash/recycling, wireless internet
